Can you mark a package as a “gift” and put a lower value under it?
Unfortunately, I cannot undervalue packages. All packages are declared at their actual value (shipment insurance)

Do you take commissions on custom orders?
I currently do not take commissions.
How do I know when a doll or clothes is for sale?
The best way to follow me is through my Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/ada_doll_eu/ I am most active there and I always announce when a doll / clothes is for sale.
Shipping returns
If we have agreed, under certain conditions, you must send the goods to the address: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the goods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if you are outside the EU, the cost of CUSTOMS will be deducted from your refund (which I have to pay!)
If you are returning more expensive items, you must use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
OTHERWISE We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Until I receive the returned item, I will not refund your payment!
Additional non-returnable items:
- OOAK Custom Dolls
- Dolls parts
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded!
